  • Releasing the Past
  • Embrace Your Own Perfection
There is an old saying, "As a man thinks so he is." This truism is simple but accurate. The human mind is the means of feeling and impeding action. It is the rational way we interpret our sense of reality. Ignorant of this one simple reality, the conscious control over the body is lost. There is no act of contrition that can undo manifested malfeasance. Once illness has been owned and realized the path is often set.

It is important to know early on that there is one sense of reality, that of Divine Consciousness. To seek positive affirmations after a life of errorous beliefs and practices, and to expect sudden healing once the history of those practices has lodged in the body is a religious delusion and a mistaken belief. Healing can occur with adjustment and time. However, once at this prolonged point, healing may not manifest the way the individual would like. Healing can mean an increased awareness, acceptance or recovery.

Choice of reality begins with the daily practices and demonstrations of Divine Mind. These substantiate the faith and belief in the power of positive affirmation. It is the daily repetition of Universal Divine Mind's thoughts and beliefs that reinforces our connection to that perfection.

Errorous thoughts and erring in the human mind are inharmonious to our basic nature. Ignoring Divine Mind and not recognizing the perfection within each of us is a mistake. Reaching out to Divine Mind in times of trouble and not as a daily habit of reliance and recognition of being part of a larger and powerful reality is limiting and not productive.

This Universal awareness, Divine Mind, and well being is an inherent part of us. This perfection can do all and provide all for us in sickness and in heath. It is important to let nature and faith unfold through belief in its own time and of its own design. There is no corporeal means of healing. Wellness is a practice and belief in infinite divine principle.

One cannot walk two paths and maintain balance or wellness. A shy and timid approach to understanding is insufficient. The action should be unashamedly and fundamentally realigned. The individual's foundation must be established on the truth of Divine Thought, Universal Mind and its goodness.

The daily practice of letting go can be accomplished by removing one misguiding influence, either of mortal mind or of chosen practice, and rejecting it as a falsehood. Wellness is an ongoing practice of the realization of the power of positive thought. Illness and agedness are outcomes of misplaced energies and the history of chosen mortal realities, influences and acceptance.

You can simply choose your reality. Wellness is the outcome of choosing what you accept into your reality. It is an outcome of choosing to practice daily realizations, affirmations and manifestations of positive thoughts, beliefs and practices. Practice the process of affirmation of reality.

The contradiction of thought fragments you from your natural self. Through the practice of harmonious thoughts and actions you attract to you and create within and around you the positive acknowledgment of the limitless universe within you. Simply put, you are your thoughts manifested. Know you are designed for well being, goodness and positive intent.
