I have a problem with my weight. What can I do?

Ah yes. We hear this a lot. The F.D.A. is designing and setting up the profit makers. In so saying this, the producers and distributors of food products and yes, diet products are adding ingredients to prepackaged foods, especially diet foods, to make you addicted to them. In so doing they guarantee themselves a future market and profits.

We should ask you, whatever happened to your common sense? Why are younger boys going into puberty earlier? Why are young girls growing breasts earlier? Why, indeed? Because, (animal) growth hormones are being ingested by you through your meat and dairy products.

Eat well, dear ones. NO packaged foods. NO diet foods, NO pre-processed food. Cook your food, do NOT micro-wave your food. What is this microwaving, such a useless thing, it does not heat food long enough at a sustained temperature to properly heat it.

Diet by controlling what you eat, not by eating what you are told to eat. Listen to us. Your society is being built around illness. Drugs are advertised and promoted. Why? To make money. To make profits and not for you but for faceless entities you will never know. And how do you think they really test those drugs if not on you?

The F.D.A. - food and drug, food AND drug. Do you now understand more clearly? Then there are advertisers and lobbyists in Washington, co-broking with doctors (who diagnose and find illness), who make another appointment with themselves or with another Doctor, and then they prescribe (promoted drugs) or hospitalize you. Do you not realize what they get for referrals? They have established networks for referrals and treatment. Each time a doctor sees your file, your chart, or you, they bill and charge. Dear Children, the only profession who makes as much in billings, if not more, are attorneys. See the link, all dependent on each other to make profits and keep their interconnected industries alive.

Ah yes, the manufacturer, the physicians, the lobbyists and the attorneys. Yes, yes, there are great needs for these things. There are those who need these things and services and who undoubtedly benefit from such services when they indeed need them. But, how do you suppose they pay for their homes, their lifestyles, their trips and vacations? Like any other they get caught in a cycle of material mind. It does rather glisten with appeal, does it not? Especially when you view it through naive eyes.

If you control the food industry and in so doing engineer (and heed the word we have chosen to use, 'engineer'), hencely building an addictive food processing industry, you will make money beyond adventurous desires. But you each need to get rid of food additives that keep you over weight and dependent. This is what will effect your health. They want you to eat foods with hunger-increasing-additives. If you do, you will keep the food industry alive and well.

The fruits of the spirit are free will and choice. You can choose. If you choose Divine Will you have purpose. Purpose will allow you to manage yourself. Have you ever seen a box of cookies and ate one, then another and yet another, and said, "Oh, Dear Lord, I can't stop, I can't eat just one!." If you can't stop eating cookies compulsively how can you begin to take control of your life! You have to talk to yourself and give yourself a sermon. Yes simply, you must give yourself a strong talking to.

"Why can't I have a moment of peace?" Sound familiar? How many times have you said this and then you get frustrated and slam your hands down, or better yet, screech at the kids when they spill their drink during dinner and it runs all over the table leaking onto the floor as the dog jumps up and tries to grab a snack for himself. You could have had peace if you just cleaned up the milk and realized it was an accident. Your losing control sends a message to everyone else that there is no control. How many times, if you look back, are you responsible for the lack of peace you claim you don't have? Life is full of these moments and you have to manage them.

All this is connected to the answer of your question. But we, sadly, have not addressed the psychological reason one may choose to build a wall, literally, around them. You are using FAT in place of mortar and brick. But a wall is a wall none the less.

It is like being asked, "Why do I not love?" Or better yet, when I think I'm in love I sabotage the relationship. Hmm, why indeed? Well, do you not think it is because you have suffered a loss that has left a void? And not wanting to re-experience that loss you turn from it. No. not at all, nothing could be that simple could it? Do you hear what we are saying to you! That was not a question it was a statement. Weight gain can, in effect, be the same process, now think on that. You need to take charge and control of these dynamics. If you follow this path, then yes, NO ONE will put up with you! At least not he someone you'd want and we feel that is more to the point.

Things are not as complex as you'd think. We have recently spent a great deal of time and energy (our energy) reintroducing themes that we have spoken on (through this vehicle) for the past say, twenty some odd years. One of those themes is reasonable logic. All, ALL process have a reasonably logic process associated with them, at least from some perspective. The key is finding the 'more accurate' perspective. So, we wrote to you in reply to a question on, 'The Truth' and in this writing we spoke to you about the Ten Plagues. There is a reason we give you numerology. It is so you begin to see mathematical logic and sequences of reoccurrence.

We will start you: The First Plague, recall the water that was in the Nile turned to blood and the fish in the Nile died and the Nile became foul. About that time in the Upper Euphrates there was a 'red tide' (which still happens in your todays that taints fish and shell fish) that is what you would call, a bacterial infestation of algae. The algae blossomed a reddish color and spread throughout the Nile.

From here you can see why frogs left the water. People were unable to clean themselves with tainted waters, livestock dies and bred further disease. Start to use the process of reason. What would have been the time of duration of these plagues?

Moses, who had spent his life searching out the roots of monotheism, had just turned about, we would say, 80 prior to the Ten Plagues. (Exodus 7:7) After the Plagues the Israelites lived in the desert for 40 years. (Exodus 16:5) Moses died at about 120 years of age. (Deuteronomy 34:7, Moses was one hundred twenty years old when he died. His eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.

The time line of The Plagues fit into this time frame if, and we say if, Moses turned 80ish just before they started and if he died when he was 120. This would allow almost one year for the Plagues.

Plague One lasted seven days (7:25, And seven days went past after the Lord had put his hand on the Nile.) after which Moses went to Pharaoh and Plague Two started.

From the time of Plague One to Plague Four the waters were infected. This suggests that the increased water flow of July had cleaned away the first plague and the effects of the subsequent Plagues, so the Fourth Plauge (Stable Flies) would have struck after that. Plague Nine (the eclipse) lasted three days. (Exodus 10:22, And Moses stretched forth his hand towards heaven: and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days).

Plague Five (Deaths of Livestock) occurred one day after its announcement. (Exodus 9:5) The delay between announcement and occurrence of Plague Ten was two weeks. (Exodus 12:1-13) Also, from Plague Seven (the February Hailstorm) to Plague Ten on the 14th of the Jewish month of Nisan corresponding to March and April would be about six weeks.

If Moses returned to Goshen after each plague we'd have to count his travel time. But it's not certain he did this. We have no record that he did. We read of Moses "rising up early in the morning and waiting for Pharoah" (8:20, And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh; lo, he cometh forth to the water; and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Let my people go, that they may serve me.) but are not told of travel distances and times. Moses announced plagues One, Four and Seven when Pharoah went to the Nile. (7:15, Get thee unto Pharaoh in the morning; lo, he goeth out unto the water; and thou shalt stand by the river's brink whereth he come; and the rod which was turned to a serpent shalt thou take in thine hand.; 8:20, And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh; lo, he cometh forth to the water; and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Let my people go, that they may serve me.; 9:13, And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.)

So we are saying to you that these Ten Plauges occurred within a year's span of time or less. You must think and apply logical reason to situations. The same process applies to all situations. Look at the information and appy a timeline or reasonable thought to it. This is where the 'channel' from objective mind must lead way from subjective mind.

Does it matter if it is about 'The Truth,' 'Weight loss,' or any other problematic, laywinded situation you can to bring unto us? It does NOT. You, yea we say unto you, YOU are not alone. You are connected to the large schematic of perfection there is, your face, your image, that of DIVINE PERFECTION.

Be kind and gentle to yourselves and love one another as you would choose to be loved for each soul is born at the right time to do great things. Be there, an active participant in your life. There is a whole newer generation that can use a boost of self-esteem. Lead he way for them by example. Touch another's life without them knowing it. Be available to those who will benefit from you in their life and from them in your life, for as you light the way for others, they will light the way for you!
