The energy you align yourself with will either balance yours out or pull yours from you, in which case they will benefit from your unique energy. Everything in the universe emanates from one source of origins. After a period of time and with each completion of a learning cycle all returns to that ONE source of beginning. It is futile and really rather useless to separate yourselves from each other based on concepts of supremacy and dominance over others.

The universe itself, that which you live in and are a part of, is an individualized, highly ordered, living, intelligent consciousness. You are a part of this. And you live within it. You cannot master it and you cannot change its process.

The laws of nature are not separate from you as you are a part of it. You are conceived and die and the quality of these two cycles of your existence are determined by how well you observe those laws. Now in saying this we will say to you that Karma is indeed a part of this process, it ensures justice and balance. There is NO escaping it.

Now to live better you must choose your life style. Stress is an important part of beingness as is who you choose to associate with. Choose wisely. Stress can reduce the number of cells in the memory center or memory lobe of your brain. You need 8 to 9 hours of sleep a night to be fully functional. Exercise increases the blood flow to your brain and that keeps your memory fresh and functioning. Nicotine, alcohol, drugs, caffeine, and chemicals diminish your ability to stay well and healthy especially where your brain cells are concerned and your memory. Eighty five percent of your brain is water and electrolytes that allow successful networking of your synapses and electrical impulses.

In the times of Atlantis and Lemuria there were teachings that guided society. These teachings are still available to those who can align themselves vibrationally with them. How you select to view yourself in relationship to those you associate with will either raise your vibrational level and self-esteem or lower your vibrational level or self-esteem. Your individualized evolution depends on all these things. 'Things'. Indeed. Your life style and your exposure to stress and associates are primary factors in this. These experiences will deplete your physical body, the one your soul picked for 'the you', that you are now. Minerals and vitamins, as they occur in food products - whole food products - are very important as are fish oils, especially salmon oil. These are vitally necessary and important to YOUR well being, balance and harmony.

Eliminate destructive thoughts and focus on positive thoughts and life affirming attributes. Your thoughts are tangible objects on higher planes. Once you function on a human plane you learn the conflict that arises within your being. This is why you need to master this third-dimensional level of reality. Can you imagine you manifesting your thoughts? Every thought has its origins in your experiences and they, the thoughts, manifest. These thoughts have consequences that you will experiences and equally so each thought has karmic consequences as well!

In the beginning many teachers have spoken about Atlantis. They, those varied beings, have thought that they knew where Atlantis was. Some who knew, knew. Some said they were in and around Bimini in the Bahamas and we would support this. But then we would also support that Atlantis was in Antarctica and the Artic... confused? There are reasons that many may be right with varied thoughts and perspectives regarding this because each one gets part of the whole, that which they can tune in to. More directly we would say to you that there is greater evidence that some of the survivors who manifest physical bodies came to live in Bolivia, South America, in an area with a vast open plain which is smooth and has canals cut through it. This is also the elongated plain that Plato spoke about many, many years ago in your time and of your time.

This is possible with these ancient beings who live on retaining all their aspects of self. The higher self reincarnates from life to life and collects the experiences that are mastered. This moves the beingness closer to the awarenesses of its relationship to the universe. The lower self, the physical body, is a vehicle that is used by the soul which lives in the third dimensional level while it experiences the lessons its higher self needs to learn. The moment of death is the time of life review. You, an individual, who has been with someone dying may recall seeing them fade in and out of consciousness and mumble to themselves or speak out to someone else in the room you could not see. This is because they are fading in between dimensions and seeing their life review. This occurs as you shed your physical body, the vehicle. Then comes a period of merciful rest until the soul feels it is right to come back again. This period of rest varies greatly.

At one time, many of those enlightened beings chose to leave their physical bodies as they no longer felt they needed them. Some of these came to reside in places of safety, as did we. Some came to pick the ones that they aligned with. When the soul is jarred from its physical body it can align itself with the awarenesses of an ancient. Many placed themselves within safe areas when they had to choose if they would survive. When the Ice Meteor hit the Earth, the Earth shifted due to a dramatic Earth Crust Displacement, an ECD. Atlantians and other higher beings were displaced and moved around the world due to this event.

In the Antarctica about 1 to 2 miles below the snow line in ice is a piece of this ancient civilization. This displaced or replaced piece of Atlantian civilization was frozen in time about 12,000 of your years ago. There are other places such as this.

All are right, and both are right. These vestiges of ancient civilizations were seeded in various zones during this ECD. The energy stored in these areas is very much a part of your world and has been a part of your developing history, so much that it has shaped your world and the way you view your religions and how you fit into your society.

Death of Socrates

Plato was hard to console. He began to view Athens and the Athenians as those who murdered conceptuality and ideologies of a higher way of life. Plato began to hide Socrates' teachings and beliefs in his writings. Socrates was very much a promoter of Atlantian ideals of the perfect society that was allowing and magnificently within its own structures of 'higher' teachings.

Plato viewed the Athenians as suppressives and it was Athen's own arrogance that led to it finally falling. Very much during this time with the land, the island mass of Santorini, the Island of Thira and its volcanic landmass are again, impart, the stored knowledge and beings of Atlantian civilization that projected their awareness outward to those that could pick-up on those vibrations as it does now. There are those as there has been, such as Socrates, whose teachings followed the Atlantian ideologies. As with your 'today', and as you can see from your history... those who follow the path of light and higher ideologies are often victims of those who seek power for power's sake. Those who would use The God Wisdoms of The Masters for their own gain rather than the gain of the greater populace.

An idea or concept which gives society hope and which people can visualize will fuel and sustain the people of that society. When they 'believe' and know they are part of something they will get behind it and follow. This has played out throughout your history in many interesting ways, as it is now. Sometimes the idea may be wrapped around a cause or ideological issue that escapes the people, the majority, as it is emotionally charged and manipulated in such a way that the people are misled. This applies to what has occurred within your world in the recent years.

The Cosmic Masters were and are impart still within, and we do mean within, The Himalayans and Tibet. 'The Masters' are hidden within areas that are impassable and not easy to gain access to. This is why they are where they are. The All Gods are there to help and lead but they are and must be surrounded with those that protect them and their work.

The Universal Brotherhood, Theosophy and Theophilosophical Society, The Atlantian Philosophies and The Secret Doctrine of God Wisdom of The Cosmic Masters are guidelines of ancient teachings that guide global society. This has nothing to do with Darwinism and evolution. Darwin is a grave error in thinking. You know what is and what is not right. Listen to your inner voice. Feel your consciousness and choose what you know to be based in rightfulness. Take directions and heed information your higher-self gives you or shows you in your dreams. Develop you intuition though thoughtful processes like meditating. This does not mean making a production out of it and saying to everyone you know, you have to meditate. Meditating is simply going within yourself to a calm place of imagery and connecting to a moment of peace.

All major religions are derived from one basic philosophy. Theosophy. The first and foremost object of beingness is that all are unified in race, color, ethnicity, creed, gender identity or preference and there is no separation regarding membership, association, relationship or connection with religion.

The belief in spiritual identity is reaffirmed by those who have experienced Near Death Experiences, particle and electron splitting, and the ability, through science, to demonstrate and show that these are possible and actual occurrences.

"Is there reincarnation?" Yes.

"Can I come back as an animal?" No. When a soul reaches the level of human and the complexity of being human, it must come back as a human to work through unresolved issues of the past and the complexities that come from having these learning experiences.

"Do I come back as the same gender?" No. Not always. You may come back as either gender, male or female, and have more than likely already experienced these experiences and will again until you work through the issues that remain unresolved regarding them.

"When someone dies do they come back immediately?" No. Not necessarily. As with conception there are stages with these experiences. From birth, through aging and then death there are cycles that are associated with each of these stages in your development. There is no measure of time that correlates with your 'human', third-dimensional measure of time. Upon death and spirit release there may be what you would consider long periods of time until reincarnation or rebirth. These time frames range from 50 years to 100 years or 1,000 years of your time measurement. However, children, those who die suddenly, those who die in accidents and suicides come back faster to aide humanity and those who would suffer the same. These are manifested 'angels' or 'guides'.

"What does this all mean? What is reborn? Is it like Christians who are reborn?" The meaning is simple. To be reborn is to leave your known, present personality behind and emerge to a pure form of spirit. It is nothing, nothing like the usage of being born again as a contemporized Christian would use it. Remember there is NO one religion. The tendencies and character and life experiences... especially those not learned well are assimilated into the spirit of the person and are reborn with them in the next life unlike memories which, like personality, are left behind. There may be from time to time shadows or echoes of familiarity to help you and enable to better resolve those lessons you need to work on. Over a series of lifetimes the individuality and identity of the person becomes more certain and more shaped toward a higher functioning self, removed from the pettiness of the mundane.

"What about my soul?" Your soul. Indeed. You are a soul. You think you are a body. The soul acquires a physical body to work through. Indeed. This is it, all. If you take anything else away, take this.

"Are the memories I have from time to time when I think someone is familiar a past life recall?" You do not recall past memories. The soul acquires a physical body, that specific body has a specific brain. The influences and impacts that genetically become part of you with each rebirth remains impart in essence with a part of your spirit. At the time of your death you will recall and see the past lives you have had in a fleeting moment of your time as all time and all experiences are ongoing and connected. Remember we said that your life is a process of cycles. Now we will tell you that this recall at the time of death is part of your life review and individual evolution.

"So why is reincarnation real? I mean it sounds like a story?" Indeed. Dear child, indeed. You are all connected to ONE root, like a tree. You branch out in search for your individuality. Hence, this is where you are directed back to the awareness of source and it is how you overcome your human obstacles that determine if you merge back to The Divine or God-Heart. Your humanity is separate from your sense of true brother-sisterhood. You are being guided toward and underlying reality you pull away from. Each of you learn individually and have individual experiences and it is through your ability to master them that you create a collective consciousness which increases your individualized perfection, also increasing your self-awareness. It is about becoming self-aware.

It was thought that The Aryan Hindu is the aware entity that emerges from these hidden teachings. It is also thought that present day Judaism as with other middle-eastern religion has an aspect of separatism and disdain for other religions. This arises out of the history of humanity and how the energy that was put forth when they turned from God's word in Biblical Times resulted in their present day awarenesses and ongoing divisions within their own religious sect.

When one seeks to establish themselves or their way of life, their religion over others, there is always a backlash. It is the same as when one takes teachings that are designed to integrate people and societies and uses those teachings to establish a dominate position over them.

There are many men and some women, either may have been the other throughout their times and they may have been shaped by the experiences they had while they were those genders. This is why many are sexually dysfunctional and fearful of sexually based equalities. Many may either exploit or abuse those who they deem powerless and expendable when it is they who have the fear of being disposable. So, their actions set forth a series of events that bring about their own conflicts.

But in mentioning all these things we must point you toward the fact that you, you alone, are in charge of what you do and how you react. There are those that aspire to higher orientations and there are those who do not. Each is about learning.

There is a belief that The Ice Moon, a meteor of ice hit the Earth and brought with it the seeds of mankind whereupon they established themselves on the islands in the Atlantic Ocean. They then migrated across this island chain to South America and Africa. The cities they designed were spherical, like the shape of a wagon wheel or a dart board. Concentric circles with spokes moving outward from the center getting larger with each ring to a complete set of three or four circles, much like the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. in The Untied Stated of America. Another city or country that is set up in a similar manner is Vatican City within the land mass of Italy.

You must get rid of these ideas of religion and claiming unique rights to said religions just because you have been socialized to. This is where men can corrupt men. You cannot win a war once it is based on religion ideologies. Look at your Middle-East and the ongoing conflicts there. For each example we give you there are as many other example we could give you.

You are designed for an ascendancy of awareness and you have many, many lives to get there in. Go gently through your life and have appreciation for each moment you live. When something happens that you think is unfair look at the situation and ask yourself what it is about and in so doing go outside your normal way of thinking about it. Look at it, the situation, objectively. This will be difficult so it will be helpful to talk to someone you know, perhaps not too well, so that way there will be no vested interest in their response. Use their response as a tool to aide you in your evolution. Remember you are a soul living a life you have selected. You are not a body with a soul, but a soul with a body.

The esoterics of these thoughts that pertain to spiritual teachings are about perspectives of inner consciousness and awareness. The intuitive self pulls in another direction than the rational self. This is the duality of forces that are at work within the lifetimes you will know. Go about your life in a kind manner, not seeking approval and not seeking to impress, but rather to exist in a healthy and divinely based approach to your existence.
